National Donut Day

As good as they are I usually refrained from indulging because when you break them down there is not one thing that is good for you. Breakfast burritos and kolaches and do eat once in a while.

Yes, and I agree, they do look delicious!

Have always loved custard and Bavarian cream filled donuts, even the raspberry filled variety sprinkled in granulated sugar.

My sweet-tooth has gotten worse the older I have gotten. As a young child I had sweets, then in my twenties had nothing to do with sweets, then started drinking soda pop in my thirties, and progressed to indulging in pastries and such in my 40's, and now I find I really have to show restraint when it comes to all things yummy in the way of sweets.

ooooh, I too love custard filled donuts! Don't get me started! I may run (can't really run! lol) down to Duncan Donuts!

Oh Bavarian Cream. Yummmm. Love that stuff. I’ve got a super sweet tooth too and those custards comes to sooo good.

Yes. They are still being baked. My grocery store always has them. I love jelly donuts and have to stay out of the bakery department.

Are you like me, Ruby, in that you have to try and stay away from the likes of stuff like this, because your butt and hips yell at you? :)
