When it comes right down to it we don't know squat from sick'em about wine and don't drink it all that often we just know what we like and it took us awhile to find a wine that we both liked that was neither too sweet nor too dry.......Gallo Cafe Zinfandel suits us both.

Every day is drink wine day. Except in our house when its drink beer day. Cuisine dependent decisions are one of the things that separates us from the animals.

My grandfather always told us that red wine builds red blood. Even the kids at the table, from about the time we started school, were served what we called "wine" at dinner that was maybe 1/6 water in our wine glass and cut with 5/6 water.

One small shot of Pinot Noir with dinner, the heart healthiest of all wines (loaded with Resveratrol) and fortunately I like it.
