National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day - April 12th

I've done a few things. I will mix cheeses. I will take one of the milder cheeses...like Muenster. I use that as a base...and then I add some blue cheese to that, or some other, stronger cheese.


Sometimes add garlic powder...and sometimes some add butter...but usually just the cheese is enough fat.
