I wish I knew about this ahead of time. I love hot pastrami sandwiches! 
This photo is not an exaggeration! Our favourite Jewish deli's pastrami sandwiches look like that. We don't have them very often, though they are delicious. There's enough pastrami for another extra loaded sandwich. We always order extra lean. It's the rare time I eat meat.

The rye bread if it is great makes the sandwich. See Ken & Ziggys website
