National Peach Melba Day - January 13th

I remember when Friendly Restaurant one summer had a peach melba sundae made with peach ice cream & topped with raspberry sauce. I can't tell you many I ate that year. I've loved that combination of flavors ever since then.

Peach Melba would be a wonderful name for a wholesome country girl, wouldn’t it? Perhaps a squeaky-clean, country-music singer…🎤
