I am Not sure if you are allowed to have leftover pizza on Pizza Day, anyway;
Perhaps you have to have the Pizza today, and the leftover Pizza, tomorrow......

Not from NY but NY style pizza refers to how their pizza is made. Compared to the Chicago style pizza which is thicker or deep-dish crust, the New York Pizza has a thinner, hand tossed crust. It's both crispy & soft and has minimal tomato sauce & cheese on it. Usually just large pepperoni or maybe sausage too - minimal toppings. It's served as large slices and often people fold the slices over to eat them.
