OOOOH a Rueben, I have been craving!!! I am waiting for the first cold winter day. I have corned beef in the freezer, swiss cheese, a can of sauerkraut. I use russian dressing, it is in the pantry. The only thing I need is the rye.

I love a good sandwich! I had a turkey sandwich today. I also eat a lot of avocado sandwiches. Yum yum.

My favorite is very simple, several rashers bacon, ripe tomatoes sliced thin, a thin layer of mayo on which ever bread I have around. Yum!

Someone on the other forum that I belong to has recently mentioned an avocado sandwich....I've never heard of it! I like sandwiches and I like avocado, so how do you put them together!
