National Weigh In Day - January 4th

I'm 5'2” and usually weigh 100 lbs. Today I weighed in at 102 lbs. I expect to gain a few pounds over the holidays because I indulge myself. So, it's not a surprise considering I've been eating candy and Christmas cookies every day! I'll get back down to my regular weight as soon as I run out of goodies. 🙃

Hmmmmm.......... Dial going round and round and round......I see doctor tomorrow.

Re-up prescriptions, COPD inhaler (Not rescue) now my foot pain is gone, but shoulder arms ache. Welcome to old age....

Before Christmas after days of skiing, this guy at 5'6" was 136#, but last night after a holiday week plus of binging on endless sweets, was gut bulging at over 140#. Will see later this evening then celebrate with some angel food cake.

Hum, 5' 3" and 170 pounds. :D I have been losing weight. I have returned to the weight room because just swimming didn't cause a loss in weight. I have also limited my last meal of the day to a bowl of soup.

I have to tell you, at the bulk food section of my favorite grocery store is a dried vegetable soup mix. I put it in a slow cooker and when it is cooked I add a can of diced tomatoes, and to me, it is so good I can eat it every night of the week. I really like that now I weigh less than I have weighed in 20 years.

I’ve lost weight in the past 6 months , since the move etc ..
but i don’t normally gain or lose …I’m normally 8st 12lb
but I’m now 8 st 7lb ,
im 5 5……
I have to keep hubby weight down , as he’s not mobile , so restrict all his food .
he’s put on 1stone in 10 yrs , so that not that bad …

I don't weigh myself anymore and rely on whether I can use the same notch on my belt or not. I get weighed at every doctor's visit and it has steadily dropped as I've gotten older. I was about 148 lb. as I recall at 6 feet tall. I once weighed 205 lbs. when I left the service and lived mostly on pizza and beer. I went on a diet and lost 47 of it.
