Big city of Frisco, which had a population of about 500 when I was growing up.

I know it well! Frisco has really grown. I actually had friends who moved from CA to Prosper. I had never even heard of it, but I went to visit them and it was exactly 50 miles from my home in Dallas!

I used to work for a manufacturing jeweler in downtown Dallas and made the drive every day, straight down Preston Rd. Never even saw Plano on the way in. Things have changed.
