NDE stories from evil people

I wondered if there are any reports of NDEs from truly bad people, such as murderers in prison?

Most accounts of NDEs seem very positive and very similar - floating above the body, a tunnel, unconditional love, a very welcoming bright light and angelic beings. Meeting a loving being, often assumed to be God.

Surely the wicked dictators and serial killers of this world don't get the same welcome? Surely they can't be told they are loved no matter what?
I can't find any books to give that side of things - any information please?

Jesus spoke two key things to the men crucified with him. First, he prayed, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing". Second, he told the repentant thief who asked to be remembered, "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise".

  • To the soldiers and accusers:
"Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing". This was a prayer for those who were responsible for his crucifixion.

  • To the repentant thief:
After the thief said, "Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom," Jesus responded, "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise".

  • Much as I might not like it, @Rose65 I think they might make it to Heaven

Surely it depends on repentance? We can never really know of course.

There are some YouTube videos in which people tell their bad and fearful NDEs.
But I don't think they are evil, it is more likely that their psychological state at the NDEs is not positive.

I think that this has an influence on how the experience of a NDE is.

Jesus asked the Father to forgive the thieves on the cross, the Roman soldiers who nailed him to the cross, and the angry mob that mocked him, but that does not mean that all were unilaterally forgiven without repentance and faith. His prayer shows his willingness to intercede on their behalf to the Father, but he only said to one thief on the cross,"today you will be with me in paradise." His prayer was answered in the lives of people who believed and repented, like one of the thieves, the Roman centurion at the foot of the cross, and others.

I don’t know about NDEs of “evil” people. I’ve seen a few from “regular” people who did not have a pleasant NDE. I remember a couple of people recounting how they were in darkness and being tormented. It wasn’t until they cried out to God that they were removed from that situation.

Sounds interesting, I'll check em out on YT. Thanks.
