Need a "Feel Good" movie ?

If you are in the mood for a truly "feel good" movie, I suggest you watch "RADIO", starring Cuba Gooding Jr. (on Netflix)
I don't want to spoil it for you but it is about a young man who is mentally challenged. The setting happens to be a high school football setting, BUT it is NOT about football. PS: some of it is a tear jerker.
 

I've got a few I don't mind watching when I want to uplift my mood.

"It happened tomorrow"
"Molly and Me"
"Along came jones"
"Heaven can wait"
"Random Harvest"
"Quigley down under"
It's the old movies I love!

Yeah, that was a pretty good movie. I though Gooding did a great acting job...very convincing.

"Rudy" is another good one, and "Invincible" an even better one. Both of those movies are similarly inspirational to "Radio".
 
The movie Radio is based on a man who lived in a town located about 30 miles from my home. Radio was well known in upstate SC before the movie ever came out. It is a good movie.
