Need advice for hearing problem!

Hi, I am here to discuss the problem of my mother. My mother is suffering from hearing loss for about two weeks. She is really worried about this sudden hearing loss. She is not having any pain in the ears. But, it is clear that the hearing ability is reducing day by day.

The doctor will prescribe the best brand available to that clinic. Different hearing centers contract with different hearing aid manufacturers, and most contract with 3 or 4 manufacturers.

I paid a little under $7,000 for my mother's two hearing aids, and was told they were top of the line, the most technically advanced on the market, and adjustable. One year later, my mother's hearing worsened and the hearing aids were of little use, even after being adjusted as much as possible.

You do not have to spend a fortune, and you shouldn't. Your mother's hearing will get worse over time, and she will need a different type of hearing aid then than she needs now. Get ones that work well for her now. Get her condition re-checked when she complains the hearing aids aren't working well anymore. Expect to need a new set every one to three years.
