Neighbors junk pile is growing

debodun...here in the back woods of montana we have rules and laws to govern what people can and can not do. there is an officer of the city called the code enforcement officer.,. he looks at what people do and whether it is in accordance with city/county ordinances. garbage piles, broken down cars, abandoned buildings,,,, etc you will get ticketed and or fined. shirley you must have something similar in the great state of new yawk?
