Wow - It's sad because this man obviously has some serious psychological issues. His voice alone sets my nerves on edge. I'm glad to see the young neighbor handling him so patiently.

Not new... it's called After Life with Ricky Gervais... ...it's about a journalist who loses his life partner to Cancer, and decides he couldn't give a toss about life.. it's very funny...black comedy..
