Neighbours......Good or bad.

Having had cats all my life, unless they are house cats and never go outside, I don't see there is much they can do. Cats do what they want. I stopped my cats from doing things by using a squirt gun or a water bottle that shoots a long distance. Like someone said, they hate water. If as soon as you see them, you squirt them, eventually them might get the idea. But only when you are out there to catch them.

I know i was doing the venting thing.....sorry for that....
Knowing the kind of people all of you are, for the great support and caring....you've definitely put me in a better mind set about the issue.
I appreciate all the opinions and suggestions.
There are good neighbours too, as many have mentioned......certainly can talk about those too.....much more pleasant.
