New Fashions for Men

This is me in my kilt back in 2001 (when I was at a healthier weight). The lady legs belong to my date. We were at a diesel-punk event. I forget the name of it. I think it was in San Fransisco.

I've worn that kilt a number of times since, but the lady and I stopped dating about a year after this pic was taken. I chose a black kilt instead of my family tartan because of my confusion over whether my Murrs are Irish or Scottish, or if they were Scottish who became Irish, or originally Irish and basically forced to become Scottish or English, because that was a thing.

The response to the man’s question is, “No skirts will be found in my side of the closet.” I see the same guy around town that wears a kilt. It looks suitable for him with his red hair. I always thought he was Scottish.

Just an observation or two lol!

I'll take the man I love in a kilt any day lol!

So far in my life, I've known 4 men (gramps, grand-uncle, father and husband) who dislike clothes buying with a passion.

I've yet to experience being able to spoil my love with funky clothes and accessories. The last item I purchased for hubby was a beautiful baseball type jacket, which should have arrived in time for his birthday in 2022.

However, they cancelled the order last minute with out-of-stock notification. They finally sent it three months later. Thankfully, I was able to sign no longer wanted item due to death of spouse AND was fully reimbursed with condolences. Sad😭😭😭
