New Jersey Real Estate Sign Washes Up On Beach In France Years After Storm

A New Jersey real estate sign blown away during Hurricane Sandy in 2012 recently washed up on a beach in France.

One expert speculates this could've been the signs third trip across the Atlantic. Says some objects can travel 7 miles a day. Many objects take 3 plus years to make it across.

Rumor has it that Harley-Davidson, rebuilt it completely & shipped it back to it's owner in Japan.

Wow! Sandy was indeed a powerful, treacherous storm. My former supervisor was on vacation in Mexico and was not concerned when he heard a hurricane was hitting Jersey. They had a layover in Texas after returning because of the storm during which he found out that his entire home was totally obliterated. He and his wife were well off so were able to purchase another home fairly quickly. There are others still waiting to get their insurance money and fix their homes.
