New Member from North Carolina

Ack, I had to come back, and say I DO know how to spell, sometimes my fingers go faster than my brain. I live in North CarolinA, not North Caroline. That does sound like I have an accent though. I haven't lived here long enough for one, though my youngest son who came about three years after me is WAAY better at ya'lls than I am.

jujube, where were you at in NC? I absolutely love it here! My favorite places are the islands. We go as often as we can, which is usually about twice a year. It really is a gorgeous state. We take a fall drive as well, and it is so pretty. I've been through the Smoky Mountains at the height of the color season, and it was breath taking. (and a travel tangle as well)

:rose::wave: Hi Grammie, I'm in North Carolina also.
I'm a hop, skip, and a jump, from the coast and go occasionally since my daughter has a small villa there right on the beach. She's the one on the right with the dark hair (both are my daughters). It was taken a couple of weeks ago, the night before our 7" snow and freezing temps.
