My HP Pavillion Desktop was on the way out.
So, I purchased the following:
HP - 24" Touch-Screen All-In-One - AMD Ryzen 5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Starry White

In the beginning I didliked Windows 10,because of its pop out, floating start up menus.
I am getting used to Windows 11. At this time I find it simple to use.

HP - ENVY Inspire 7955e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Photo Printer with 6 months of Instant Ink included with HP+ - White & Sandstone

I am also getting used to my new printer, copier and scanner.
At this time, it appears to be printing out better than my HP Officejet inkjet 6990/6998.

I've had everything HP since 2000; wouldn't have any other brand.

I've been using HP LAPTOP-T6H2IPP0 for.... not sure how long. A long time. Love it. My Canon printer is old too and has separate ink tanks. I will be in a hurt when the printer goes buns up. This laptop won't upgrade to Win11 but the hard drive is huge and I have a dual boot with Cinnamon mint. I'll manage!

Updated on Tuesday,June 20,2023.

This All-In-One was not working out.
I am in the process of returning it for a complete refund.

I do have a replacement computer. It's the HP Pavillion DeskTop with Tower,TP01-2165z.

What aspect wasn't working out? ...just curious.
The second computer was the HP Pavillion DeskTop TP01-2165z
Windows11,AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB,256 SSD,2TB HDD.

One June 20th it was installed and set up.
It worked until June 21st.
On June 22nd, it would not power on.

To make a long story short, over the telephone HP Tech support concluded that the hard drive was faulty.
I took my situation the HP escalation and received a replacement tower.

The first time around I was without a computer for 13 days.
This second time around I was without a computer for 14 days.
Today, Thursday, July 6,2023 the replacement tower works.
I hope this home computer will last me for several years.

I love my all in one PC. It's getting old, and I rarely use the touch screen, but I really find it quite reliable.
Computer One-the all-in-one came with multiple problems.
I did get the facts and think about repair versus return.
It had 8GB.

I have had some bad luck with HP computers.

My replacement HP Pavillion Desktop TP01-2165z had the same problems as the first model did.
The power on/off button would not power on and off.
There were other issues or problems.

I returned the replacement computer, the monitor and my warranty-care package for a complete refund.
I still have my HP Envy Inspire 7500 Series.
I did not replace my HP computer with another HP computer.
I still recommend HP products.

I have been an HP guy forever, except the first computer I bought was a Mac and I knew almost immediately I had made a mistake. I am not a fan of AMD chips, but that's a personal choice. I have always leaned towards Intel, mainly due to dependability.

I am preparing to buy a new printer, which will be an all-in-one Pro Laser from HP. There are a lot of Brothers and Epson fans on here, so it's up to the individual which one they like the best.

All in all, it appears that you did well for yourself and did get a good deal.

For years, I have had HP inkjet printers.
My last HP Printer was an officejet.
My new HP Printer is an Envy Inspire.

I do miss having an HP computer.
As I have stated, I still have my new HP Printer.
I have had HP products for years.

Now, my Dell has an intel core processor.
I do not miss the AMD Ryzen processors.
The AMD Ryzen, as I have read and as I have been told is coming up in the computer world.
I have always felt that the intel core processors were better.

I do not know what caused the HP Pavillion TP01-2165z computer to have its "Hardware Failures."
Two HP Pavillion Desktop computers with different serial numbers had the same problems.
The power on/off button would not work and etc.
Instead of opting to repair, I opted for a complete refund.
HP did close my case.

I did a bit of research on "Hardware Failures."
According to one or two internet sources-articles, hardware failure is an internal problem.

I discussed this issue with a computer tech.
He said that "Hardware Failure" was a broad and general term that the HP tech used, because the HP tech did not know what the cause or source of the problem was.
HP did give me that over-the-telephone tech support-service.
My pressing those keyboard keys did not get the HP to power back on.

I believe that it is rare and unusal for this to happen to two models with or without it having two different serial numbers.
I went to at least four different rooms in my home and tested out the Desktop Tower.
It did not power on. There was no sound of energy or life coming from that Desktop Tower.
The only thing that did not work was that Desktop Tower.

I am going to try closing this subject and trying moving forward.
