I can do that because most days I go swimming early in the morning. However, if I am staying home, it is hard for me to delay eating, drinking coffee, and turning on my computer. AI.. says this...Wait 90 minutes after getting up in the morning to drink coffee?? Ha! Not going to happen here. Luckily fact checking indicates its popularized by influencers but lacks scientific validation, tho may be useful for some people with specific situations.
Waiting 60ā90 minutes to drink coffee allows natural cortisol (wake-up hormone) levels to peak and taper, preventing overstimulation and reducing caffeine dependence. Drinking coffee immediately (when cortisol is highest) adds stress, potentially causing jitters and an afternoon crash, whereas delaying it optimizes alertness by avoiding the blockage of adenosine receptors too early.
Well, obviously, I disagree with you because I would not post information I don't think is important, and I have a little concern that you judged the information before listening to the explanation and trying some of the suggested changes. Of course, our bodies will continue to deteriorate. We are programmed to die, but I have to try some changes before I give up on the chance of feeling and doing better. For me, the pain and lack of energy are the motivation for trying.I don't eat breakfast and I'm still prediabetic. Coffee or no coffee makes no difference when I drink it. We are just aging and crap happens as we age that I believe has nothing to do with any of this stuff.
I listened to the en tire video and they are spot on, I just never put it all together. I found that the only thing I do is the coffee after being up less than an hour or more. Thanks for putting that up!

Yeah, anyone can make a video with no scientific backing, and it will resonate with someone somewhere.Luckily fact checking indicates its popularized by influencers but lacks scientific validation, tho may be useful for some people with specific situations.
