Just to keep going the way we are, with positivity .. try to stay healthy, and make every day count.

Normally, I don't do NYs resolutions. I believe that personal growth/improvement is an ongoing process, year around!

That being said, this morning I did vow to make a change in my life. I'm still overwhelmingly busy this week, but starting next week.....
I will get back to visiting with my SF friends more often!

Yes! I'm EXPLODING with plans for the growth of my soul and maintaining my health, for learning as much as I can.
I'm excited about my future! I'm creating artwork, writings, songs, poetry, bronze sculptures , paintings.
Exercising! nutrients! Good health! I know there is time in life for everything!
My main goal now is the absolute expansion of HAPPINESS! LOVE!
I will love my life and everything that happens to me! Value even the setbacks.
The older I get, the more excited I am about life, death, eternity! It will be a dynamic year for me!
