Nice to be appreciated at work

I was called into the bosses office today.
He handed me a letter with this as it's content.

"In recognition of the high standard in which you are performing your role we are delighted to confirm that your rate of pay will increase to ...

This increase will be effective from 5/07/2023.

On behalf of the company we would like to thank you for your ongoing support and contribution to the business."

The rise represents an increase of 7.5 %. On top of an 8% increase 6 months ago.

well done... a 15% increase in 6 months.. that's nothing to be sneezed at...you must be doing a great job...(y)

This company also pays cash bonuses twice a year.
I was told on Monday to expect a $500 bonus in my bank account today - Friday.
