Most "normal meditaton" is difficult for me as I start breathing very rapidly when I focus on my breath, whereas in this form of Buddhism (started by a monk in the 13th Century) you do chanting of a very simple set of words,
I'm finding it very helpful and relaxing.
Anyone else familar with it?
