My worst eBay clanger was selling a postage stamp and forgetting to put "UK"sale only, and a fusspot in Germany purchased it. The problem was the postage to Germany insured was £144!!!

the postage to Germany for a single stamp was £144.... ?.. i find that difficult to believe.. why would it cost that ? I buy and have sold many things to and from Germany .. bulky, heavy things.. never had to pay any astronomical amount like that

yes I'm not doubting the stamp was worth a lot but how did the postage cost you £144 ?

More feedback on the AC - one person said you can buy a new window AC for $150. Another said pay someone $25 to take it away.
