Nope. It was a bad spellchecker. It should have read "forment". S. Korea has been sending balloons over N. Korea with packets of anti North Korean documents.

You are well informed. Thus South Korea needn't to wonder about the response from North Korea. It seems that the color revolution shall not happen in North Korea.
