Not caring anymore.

Think the important thing is not to dwell on the "down" thoughts. Do something that pleases you, enjoy a favorite book , movie or food. I do tend to thank my blessings if I get down - it "changes the thinking and eliminates the poisons."

An argument is one of the things that can bring it on. Things can seem so discouraging, at times. Especially if they are recurring.

Hang in there; you are worth reminding yourself that you're worth something, and your life is worth something, and that you will most likely be able to remember something you still like, about living, perhaps after letting yourself feel down, for a bit, or perhaps if you ask yourself to come up with something. šŸ’Œ
