I don't want to have to jump through those hoops. I will avoid them as long as I can.

All the Federal Government websites require the Login.Gov ID verification, Social Security,Medicare, IRS etc.

Government is collecting facial identification. I don't like that, especially now.

I don't like it either, but actually the Feds already have facial ID on all passport holders, and the Real ID driver's license is expressly for collecting personal information from citizens.

None of this will make the Nation safer, but could make the individual more vulnerable to exploitation in data breaches.

I'd just forget. So, I write things down. Then I have scraps of paper everywhere, and I can't find it. So now I have the scraps stuffed in envelopes according to subject.
Who needs all this trouble? Not me.
Nothing on earth has ever been stable anyway.
