NYC woman, 78, hospitalized after driver drags her out of Access-A-Ride car

Had an AccessARide driver start screaming and using both hands to beat himself on the head instead of hands on the wheel going over 60. Awful night and lucky to get home alive, I think. I wanted to get out of the car before arriving home and he wouldn't let me, locked me in till we arrived at my final destination. Nightmare. Feel sick to my stomach using this service most times.
