President Obama, today, says he will send up to 300 military advisers to Iraq.

Now where have we heard this word "advisers" before..

Didnt other Presidents use the same word for Korea,Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq before with the lost of thousands of American lives?

By the time they get there, form committees, elect a chairperson and pour their coffee,

the "war" will be over. After all, don't forget Obama was an organizer.

From what I've been reading these "advisers" are more like forward spotters to decide where air strikes should be made. You're right though, this adviser stuff hasn't worked very well.

Why do you think they want to use advisers? Would we be better off not knowing what ISIS is doing and who they are? Yes, advisers can mean we could end up going to war. But we do not go to war every time we send advisers in. Advisers give us information to help us determine what we should do.

This is why I don't need TV news;) Thanks for this Davey. I suppose "advisers" is the politically correct word for armed forces?

And let's not all forget what all past presidents say in private "WAR IS GOOD BUSINESS"
which sadly is very true.

Which brings to mind, those "pulling the strings" never have to fight, but they send in others. I'm only for leaders that never send someone else to do something they have never done themselves.
