Remember when... thirty seemed so old.

If the medical centers are any indication, America is not aging well. 
Sitting in the reception area while waiting for the wife, I was stunned to watch people hobbling in. Of the 100 or so that passed by me, about 85% were well overweight. (not pleasingly plump... just Fat). Many of them were much younger than me, yet, they looked about 20 years older. Heck, I'm 5'5'' and weigh 153 lbs and I thought I was overweight. Told the missus, honey, your 160 lbs is nothing compared to these folk.
