On one paw it's depressing as heck. That person in the bathroom mirror is my Mom on a bad day. But certainly not me. Then brush remaining teeth and liner, mascara, brows, more eye color...earrings...okay they eye bags are fading yaaay. But being mature we KNOW MORE. For real, it can be amazing.
Today I got back to the last two learning modules at work. Before that thirty and some quizzes on technology. But I can read, incredibly fast, I can process the printed word at warp speed. But the last two...a pretend exercise on selling a router, eldest boy just said I was even pronouncing it wrong. But they said they'll take care of that one.
The other one I tried the ten question multiple choice like fifteen times and failed. I went to who will be my superior and said please help me with this last one. He took the quiz and...fail. Then I gently suggested that I read things so much better than watching video. He printed out the whole lesson.
I aced it within a half hour. THAT is a good feeling. My poor little ego that became a cat toy is slowly starting to recover.
