I was wanting to find old Christmas catalogues from my childhood and found this wonderful site. I miss getting and looking through Christmas catalogs the most. How about you?

I remember pouring over the Christmas Wish Book from Sears and turning down the corner of pages.

More wishing than having back then but I had plenty of socks and underwear on Christmas morning.

I wish we had the same for catalogues ( yes that's how we spell it ).. online here... I used to love them.. however , people have made whole CD's of the shopping catalogues and I have a few of those.. it's fantastic to compare prices from back in the day of things I've bought and how much they'd cost today. I also have 6 shopping catalogues still in their original wrappings in mint condition from about 20 or more years ago... hoping they'll be worth something to collectors..

My mother never ordered from the catalog, but we sure loved poring over it and getting ideas what to ask for.

When I was living overseas, the Sears and Penneys catalogs sure came in handy.
