Old Newbie to Senior Forum

Hi everyone. At 67, this is the first forum I have joined. Presently in forced retirement (laid off 4 months before official retirement age) and waiting for the wife to retire in the next few months.

I hope to find some information, experience and guidance for what lies ahead for us. While reviewing some posts I see you all have experienced or are experiencing the same issues and problems we see coming at us in the near future. Retirement, kids, grand-kids, moving, downsizing and mental stability. <--The wife says I need that :)

I look forward to the interaction.
 

:rose::wave: Hello Ed and Diana. I used to live in Belair MD...well, 50 years ago. It was pretty there in the fall and not crowded. Nice people. I'll never forget my highschool teacher there, Mrs. Brown, who found the best in me, made me feel special, and shaped my future.
