It's spelled "strait" -- not "straight." It can't be "straight" since it has a big curve. If it was, it would be a curved straight, which doesn't make sense.

There are many things now that don't make sense anymore. One of them is, how politicians act (if this is not too political for SF).It's spelled "strait" -- not "straight." It can't be "straight" since it has a big curve. If it was, it would be a curved straight, which doesn't make sense.
