On Hold For 47 Minutes With Directtv.

Because people are out sick I was on hold for 47 minutes Monday. When I finally got through the service rep put me on hold three times and it took 16 minutes to get on premium channel added. I could not do it online for some reason. I feel a little sorry for those folks trying to carry the weight of a full staff.

Couldn't you do that online?
 

There are still people using Direct TV? They cheated me of so much money. I was at my wit's end! I told my son, If I die, please put on my death certificate, cause of death: Direct Tv!
If you go to streaming, you get EVERYTHING and it costs NOTHING per month!
 
AT&T is the same way. I try to do everything online with them but sometimes you need to speak with a human. Will probably switch to Dish before long.
