Who from NE Ohio/PA border remembers the dairy mart “Lawson’s and their famous onion chip dip. I could eat that dip without any chips❤️❤️

”onion sour cream dip, famously available at Circle K stores in OH, MI, PA, IN, and KY. It is known for its thick, creamy texture and has been a regional staple since the 1960s, often paired with potato chips, pretzels, or veggies.

It seems it can still be bought at some Circle K’s. if there’s one close to my brother, I am going to request he bring g me a few containers when he comes down next month —— yummmmmm and there goes my blood pressure.

Yes it was.

When I lived on the PA side (Mercer County), it was only about 15 miles from the Ohio border. We had a Lawson store in our tiny town and it carried that glorious chip dip. I can remember when that store went out of business and I was heartbroken. Not only that we lost the store, but I lost my chip dip source.

There is a Circle K not far from where my brother lives. I have already put my order in, before I forget for the umpteen time, to have him go uptown to that Circle K and see if they carry the Lawson‘s chip dip. If they do, I ask him to bring me three or four containers, which will be really great for my high blood pressure😂😂😂😂
