Oh GADs! I forgot the CoCo Puffs, and Fruit Loops! Love Fruit Loops too! Used to like TRIX but they changed the taste along with the shapes way back when. Crunchy things that float in milk...seems to be a trend with me. Can't let them get soggy, either!Hummmm! But how can that be?

I avoid the cereal isle in the grocery store. Actually I avoid the grocery store altogether these days it only makes me broke, fat or depressed...

I let my husband do the grocery shopping while I wait in the car. That way I donāt get side tracked. This time of the year is extra dangerous cause of all the holiday treats they have out. Lucky you! SO can go with a list and a text and occasionally brings an item or two that is on the list. But there is no way to get mad at him. He simply means well. Two people versus 25 pounds of spaghetti. It took the two people a long long time to win:>)

As it was my birthday a couple of weeks ago and I spent it alone, I decided to go to our local store to get a nice Coffee. The waitress asked me what I would like, and I said, seeing it was my birthday I might splash out and buy myself a lovely Cannoli. She asked what flavour I'd like, and I said the Ricotta one and I'd take it home.
I had the Coffee which was great and proceeded to pay for it and she handed me my Cannoli in a plastic box. When I got home, I was about to put it in the fridge when I noticed she had put 2 in the box. I looked at the receipt and she never charged me for them. I felt all emotional at her kindness.
