Only The Strong Survive. What is it (plant)

Bought a pot of succulents last year. None of the various plants in the pot were identified.
Most haven't made it through the cold snaps over the last couple of months.
Yeah, I know ... supposed to bring succulents inside ... but didn't.
Anyway, while this one hasn't survived unscathed, it has survived so far.
I re-potted it yesterday. No idea what it is but would like to know ??

Research indicates that is one name for it.
After looking at picture online, I'm ashamed of the condition of mine. Shoot
And I think I've over-watered it and will cut way back.
I absolutely should bring it inside but like where it lives on the porch.

Only the strong survive ... with the uneducated "care" I give plants

I used to grow lots of them decades ago... at the time they were the only plant that survived in my hands.. and I had then all over the house.

They are really tough, and you can split them and re-root them easier than any other plant.. you don't even need rooting powder.. just snap off a few leaves and repot... Voila,! you will have a brand new fresh M_I-L's tongue
