I have not, but a note of possible interest:

L-arginine (an amino acid, that's probably in it)

is one of the amino acids that is already in Collogen Peptides. (if you or any other already readers take that)

I don't know about the Nitric Oxide, but I looked this up and there's something that is mentioned on the NIH. gov site: (I don't know if these are OTC or presciption supplements, but I wanted to share the info for what it's worth.)

Studies have suggested that coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH)—common antioxidant dietary supplements with known cardioprotective effects—might relieve symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Both supplements have been shown to significantly reduce fatigue levels and other symptoms associated with chronic diseases, such as fibromyalgia. Studies of their utility in treating CFS, however, have been very small with inconsistent conclusions, say researchers.

I take K2 and D every day. I also supplement with Calm, a magnesium drink. I take a multivitamen with B complex. Are you getting enough protein? Reducing sugar and carbs might help. Also, for all it is worth, I am a huge advocate for eliminating all seed oils from your diet. It is not a quick fix and means making most everything from scratch. Soybean oil has been correlated with the global rise of obesity, among other health issues. That may not fix your fatigue, but eliminating the seed oils reduces overall inflammation in the body.

I also take K2 and D every day, along with Magnesium. In addition, I take Collagen Peptides, Fish Oil, Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, Red Yeast Rice and One-A-Day for Men 50+. Maybe too many vitamins but our bodies expel the excess anyway.

I know you're a fitness buff from your intro. I am as well. I'm 65 and work out 5 days a week. I also walk a couple of miles a few days each week. I retired at 63 and feel better and stronger than when I was in my 40's. I want my limbs and joints to stay strong and mobile for as long as possible.

I would say go back to the doctor. If you are still suffering from fatigue they need to figure out why. I don't take any supplements unless told to by my doctor. Many of them can cause adverse reactions with medicines you take. Also you need to make sure if you do take a supplement it is the right dosage for you. Have you had a cardiac stress test, Have you been losing weight. Other things could be happening that would not necessarily show up in blood work.

@Blessed..TY..I had blood tests done..Dr. said all o.k
Had echocardiogram.. doc said fine
24 hr. heart monitor...cardiologist..said remarkable.

So, I don't know.. what's going on?

In doing further research..NADH..is supposed to be good for energy.

Well, I am glad you have had a good work up. I would still tell the doc you are going to add this to supplement. I remember back in the day, doctors did not ask what vitamins and supplements you take. Now every doctor I see wants to know. There is just too much out there, companies promoting products just to make money. I want to make sure it is safe before I add anything.

I don't know about the other things here but can speak for Peptides. I have emphysema and use no inhalers or over the counter drugs.
I am late stage 2 and take NAC as well as two Peptides this keeps me open and breathing well with no side effects.
