Generous Electric suffered a lawsuit claiming that they shorted some employees of various returns in
their home brew equivalent of a 401k program.

As a former employee, I dutifully followed this action and applied for the compensation that the
courts allowed to all members. It took a long time and my hours spent mailing the forms to direct
rollover my prize have finally payed off!
I noticed an unexplained deposit of $30.15 into my retirement account. Wow _ I can retire now, heehe.
Don't get me wrong - I'm not complaining about a $63 million settlement judgement or my particle
of that amount. I'M LAUGHING OUT LOUD about how much the lawyers, courts and middlemen got
instead of the injured parties. So I'll take my wife out for lunch on that 'windfall' soon, but no dessert.
