Oldest granddaughter is graduating high school! My how the time has flown!
We’re flying to California tomorrow for 8 days to celebrate with her. Still not sure if we’ll be able to attend the physical graduation ceremony because her school has been virtual all this time and they are limiting in-person attendance, but we’ll watch it on Zoom, then meet up immediately after for a dinner celebration.
She doesn’t know it but her Mom has planned a lovely surprise party for her on Saturday with extended family and some close friends, in lieu or the typical day-of graduation ceremony.
We’re looking forward to spending time with the California arm of the family!
