Things moved very fast once we decided to put our house on the market!
Closing on this house is 5 September. We added a contingency that if we needed to, we could rent the house back, by the day, for up to 30 days. Because we need the money from the sale of this house to pay cash for our next house we’ll probsvlt rent the house back for 5 days because our closing on the new house is a few days later.
It’s a smaller home which is perfect. We wanted to downsize so we’ve been purging and decluttering and it’s very cathartic. We’re don’t tend to collect or hoard things and we hate clutter so the process hasn’t been too difficult.
Here’s the cute little house we found.
