P.O.A. Power of Attorney

Our problem is that we have joint accounts bowmore
 

Power of Attorney is pretty tricky because it gives full power to someone to do as they see fit. I know what I'm talking about because I have one. That person has full access to all your bank accounts and investments. He/she can also sell your home if they so wish. Hey, they can even put you in some "old folks home" against your will. Bottom line: be very careful who you choose. Best thing is to "blow" most of your money while you are up and about and have a smashing good time doing it. Hey! Your not coming back and as sure as hack your not gonna take it with you when you go. Around the cruise, anyone?
