I've made those for the grandkids. They do love them. Not sure about adding cheese. We dip them in syrup.

My Dad always made breakfast in our house before he went to work. Many times he would lay slices of bacon across the pancake batter when he put it on the griddle. Sometimes he put put banana slices in it instead. Not pancake strips like that but a regular size one. It was very good.

We had those a few years ago at a local restaurant and they were delicious. These days they wouldn't work with my diet ... way too many carbohydrate and fat calories.
