Passwords

The problem with passwords is that they need to long and unpredictable. So unless you got a "Sheldon's" didactic memory, you have to keep them some place. In your computer isn't a great place to keep them. On paper, while better, is the only choice.

To me, these types of journals are great and have lots of room for notes and making changes.

I keep mine right by the computer on a large index card that I covered with a piece of removable clear plastic sheet. All is written in pencil so all I do is erase the old one and put in the new. I really don't have many anyway.
