I love peanut butter so when I spotted this recipe I jumped on it.
I made a carrot cake. And used this recipe to frost it.
I cut this recipe as shown in half and there was plenty.
1/2 cup butter, softened 3 tablespoons mil, or as needed
1 cup creamy peanut 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Place the butter and peanut butter into a medium bowl, and bet with an electric mixer, . Gradually mix in the sugar and when it starts to get thick, incorporate milk one tablespoon at a time until all of the sugar is mixed in and the frosting is thik and spreadable, Beat for at least 3 minutes for it to get good and fluffy.
It's not that sweet although the ingredients suggest it.
The heavy shadow is from the sun today.
