Do know anyone that takes 2400 mgs of Gabapentin a day?
People that have Neuropathy and take Gabapentin.

2400 ? No, but I do take 1800 p/day. It does seem to help during the night. Correct it all ? No, but takes the edge off.
I am about to run out, and the doc is insisting i come in for a vist [that i do not want] if I want the refill .

That's a large dose. I was taking 300mg/day and it made me sleepy, so my doctor reduced the dosage, but it still made me sleepy, so now I don't take it. No doubt some people are less sensitive to it than others.

That's a huge dose. I'm surprised anyone taking that much can function properly.
I take 2 to 4 100mg capsules daily, depending on need. Usually twice a day suffices. Even when I was taking 4 a day, I didn't have any side effects.

I take 3600Mg/day, two 600g tablets three times a day. It helps with no side effects but everyone is different.
