Pie fillings-any type of pie.

Cherry Pie and Chicken Pot Pie. I am going to make (from scratch) a Mincemeat Pie for my son in law for Thanksgiving. Found a recipe online for the filling that had really good reviews,was pretty simple and everyone said was very authentic. Doubt if I will be able to bring myself to taste it-although there is nothing in the ingredients that I don`t like. I tease my SIL that he is the only one who likes it because,as the youngest of 12 children,that was probably all that was left by the time he got to have dessert lol.
