Oddly, my daughter had her paternal grandmother's colouring when she was little - auburn hair and greenish/hazel eyes from the Scottish side of the family.

Thank you. Scottish ! That’s really cool. I love their accent and culture. Being British, my mom has piercing turquoise coloured eyes and I didn’t know she had auburn hair until much later in her life since she had it dyed all the time. Oddly enough I was born blonde, later turned more ash/reddish brown but now since I’m mainly silver blue I notice I’ve got henna red hairs scattered throughout
