I lost my brother the first of December, and my niece in July and someone else is being obstinate especially during Christmas. I decided to get busy. I usually do that because it occupies my mind for a period of time and it gets my mind off of my losses in a productive way. I also do it on purpose because I can't stay in a down mood. Depression is one thing I stay away from. I set my mind on a new hobby or a new book, or a new project that requires time and concentration. So, you need to go for a walk, see an old friend.I'm just struggling and in a big crap mood. It's the time of year I lost my little sister to the evil influence of suicide. I'm worried about my dog, my finances (who isn't?), my health and my stupid car problems.
Anything positive or helpful would be greatly appreciated!
